The Orange foundation has published e-España 2011, an annual report about the development of the Information Society in Spain. It is a comparative study of the on-line Public Services among the 20 Spanish Town Hall with more population. Valladolid Town Hall figures as the first of the ranking of the studies of the report. Its electronic office, which started to run the last February, it is based on the technology Proxia® Suite platform built by Divisa iT.
11 services, among which ones are the payment of taxes, the consultation of processes, licenses, the access to formative activities..., have been valued to elaborate the report. The above mentioned services have reached an availability online of 93%. Another element to stand out of the electronic office of the Valladolid Town Hall is that of the 11 studied services, 10 of them are in the stage 4. The payment of fines is the exception. It is the only Spanish Council which counts with such high number of ones in this stage.
The electronic office of the Valladolid Town Hall was rewarded by the prize "Buscando el Norte Digital", organized by www.nortecastilla.es the last April.
