Proxia® Document Manager is a complete document management platform based on the JSR-170 standard, which allows the integral document management of your organization.

Proxia® Document Manager controls the whole life cycle of the information and data. To do this, it uses various elements or services that provide this control, including: flows associated with approvals and signatures; versioning data and metadata; document caching, custody of singed documents, security levels, use of Web services, among others.

Arquitecture

Proxia® Document Manager is developed using J2EE technology, based on SOA architecture and complying with the JSR-170 repository access standard.

Based on the underlying technological base, a series of modules is deployed aimed to provide a robust and scalable solution, designed to minimize the response times, preserving data validity and guaranteeing access in accordance with the privileges of different users.
