Proxia® Quality Assurance Management

Proxia® QAM is a system for Quality Management. It is aimed at solving problems in managing the life cycle of documents, procedures, rules, etc. It is the ideal solution for managing Quality system documentation, publishing its Manual and distributing it in a tidy and controlled manner in your organization.

Proxia® QAM lets you manage the validity of the documentation and notifications to your users for changing them, always keeping your system up to date. Proxia® QAM allows every user to access data from a browser. Therefore, the user must be validated in the system and automatically control the data and services for which he or she has access. Proxia® QAM distributes the data to the users who are really affected by it and adequately controls the printed copies of the system documents.

The data that is created must be validated by a group of users, signed and corrected in the generation process before publication. In short, it allows the following:
